Mini Lift ML2000

Our ML2000 range of ergonomic handling systems are ideal for fast, repetitive lifting jobs such as handling for assembly, packing, palletizing, depalletizing and process line loading of lighter weight payloads less than 100 pounds.

With five standard control heads and additional special control handle options, our ML2000 lifters can be adapted to a wide range of motion situations that improve worker ergonomics and handling productivity. Control valves are available in "stay put" configuration for precise control of identical weight payloads or in variable weight versions that handle different weight payloads with equal ease of control.

ML 2000 range of features include: Universal joint mounting for improved payload articulation and reduced lift tube flexion and wear Quick change quick release couplings for control heads and tooling Angle adaptor for 90° manual pitching rotation Lower rotary joint for 360° continuous Z-axis rotation of tooling and controls - available with optional pin lock Earth or static bonding Lift off valve for easy release of nonporous payloads, available in manual or pneumatic release versions Pneumatically actuated safety valve, load release vent or vent and seal controls A wide range of standard round, oval and rectangular vacuum cups Two, four and other multiple vacuum cup tool bars with both fixed and adjustable cup centers A mechanical hook tool bar for lifting hook-able payloads without the use of vacuum gripping

ML2000 lift tubes are available in a range of diameters to meet the exact requirements of your application based on tooling weight, payload porosity, available surface area for vacuum cups and the weight of your payload. Standard vertical lifting strokes are 66 or 94 inches.

All stainless steel finish is the standard on ML2000 lifters, making them readily suitable for electronics, chemical, food and pharmaceutical working environments.
